You dont get so much customization with any other platform. Opensource scripts are down is free time of the developers and we cant ecpect the best from them. But Wordpress is the best no matter what. Simple things like hyperlinks and embedded images are harder than they should be, and the whole thing has gotten wedged and needed restarting several times during this period (Wordpress ran forever without a hitch).
